This is a blog with an identity crisis!
I started this blog in October 2011 to document how I stay fit and healthy while travelling. Gradually it evolved from 2-3 updates a week to a post everyday. Now I talk about the three things I’m most passionate about: Travel, Food and Fitness.
Partly a travel blog and partly health blog, this doesn’t fit neatly into one category!
I love sharing recipes, workouts, trips my husband and I take and general goings on in my life.

I’m Rachel, a 28 year old from England. My husband, Jimmy and I left England in January 2010 to begin a life of travelling, working along the way to ensure we don’t have to go back to England and enter the ‘real world’ anytime soon.
So far our travels together have taken us to Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, France, Spain, Argentina, Chile and the US.
We’ve been married twice (to each other)! The first time was an unromantic, but fun, wedding in South Korea, where we stayed in a dubious hotel with red lit hallways.
Our second wedding was the big, white, traditional variety. I was happy!
Jimmy is a super duper photographer (check out his photos)!
I love many forms of exercising. When travelling, circuits I can do in hotel rooms are my workouts of choice. My favourite exercise of all time is RUNNING.
Another passion of mine is food and cooking.
I’m partial to cake (especially the carrot variety),
and wine (especially the red variety).
I try to eat healthily most of the time, along with some indulgences, of course.
